Selie Suffolk – from the Anglo-Saxon word for ‘Sacred’, and alluding to Suffolk’s many churches – this series of films tracks the history of Suffolk’s many diverse communities from Anglo-Saxon to present day, in order to share and celebrate the heritage. The project developed the skills of women from migrant communities, helping them to, gather material, create 4 films on 4 waves of migration and visit archaeological collections, sites and museums around the county.

Stephen has his hands in many creative pies; writing scripts for radio, a novel, and writing and drawing comics, as well as designing computer games. Currently, Stephen is focused on writing and developing an online sketch show called ‘Flicks’ on YouTube. Stephen has always admired and been influenced by the work of Douglas Adams and Monty Python, although he has a style that is uniquely his own.
